iMeta Closes Year at the Forefront of Client Lifecycle Management:

Leading CLM software provider, iMeta has ended a successful 2017 with new customer wins, strategic partnerships, the launch of a new managed service and industry award recognition.

December 12, 2017, London iMeta, a leading provider of on-boarding and client lifecycle management software and services, is completing one of the most notable years of its business history. iMeta’s success has resulted from its commitment to providing a superior solution for financial institutions to manage the complex regulatory and operational data required to transact with their clients – delivering industry-leading technology combined with exceptional customer care. To close this award winning year, iMeta is pleased to share some of the 2017 achievements in the following areas; Product innovation, strategic relationships, client news and industry recognition.

Product Innovation

Throughout its history iMeta has invested heavily in its product development, continually improving and innovating to deliver an end-to-end solution for CLM.

In 2017 we improved our data aggregation to further enhance our capabilities, with extensions to our rules engine. We have also enhanced the visualisation and context of regulatory policy for operational and audit purposes.

We are continually maintaining and upgrading our interfaces for connectivity to external data providers. In addition to our current data integrations, we have extended our strategic partnerships with industry leaders in data to further expand our offering. To carry out screening checks as part of AML, we have integrated with both Lexis Nexis Bridger Insight XG tool and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.

New Managed Service for Client On-boarding

Due to increasing regulatory directives and awareness of the importance of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AML, many firms still struggle with the challenges these critical business functions present. 2017 saw the launch of our innovative managed service for client on-boarding. Lysis and iMeta formed a partnership to create a new one-stop shop Managed Service solution which supports firms’ entire on-boarding and CLM requirements. Drawing upon Lysis Operation’s in-depth client on-boarding and CLM, CDD and KYC expertise, and underpinned by iMeta’s leading CLM technology, we believe this new service delivers a streamlined, future proof and cost effective solution for financial institutions to meet their regulatory requirements.

Client News

2017 saw a number of new clients on the CLM platform, including Investec Bank who will be using iMeta CLM to assist with the automation and streamlining of client take-on and ongoing data management processes. A number of our current clients have also extended their usage of iMeta CLM to deliver further automation and straight through processing of their data.

Industry Recognition

To end the year on a high iMeta scooped up two prestigious RegTech Awards in one evening in New York; one for ‘Most innovative use of KYC software for client on-boarding’ and a joint award with Lysis for, ‘Best alliance between solution providers to address regulatory compliance’ for our comprehensive managed service offering.

Ben Marsh, CEO, iMeta commented, “We have had a really good year; iMeta CLM is going from strength to strength with more investment and enhanced features. Our customers are benefitting from streamlined processes and improved operational performance through our cohesive system approach with a single view of the client throughout.”
